![]() ![]() If you find you don't have that many bases and want to keep them, it helps if you build up the bases themselves with some better repair bots and weapons, etc. I make this conclusion based in part on equipment dropped and the damage they do increasing over time.Īlso, you can HELP build new bases by investing at business centers in different projects. Yes, I believe all tech increases over time, including dominators. Loving the game, especially the traveling/exploring/trading aspects of it- just trying to free up more of the galaxy to play in. What gives? Are some of these fights just basically unwinnable at the start? I was able to barely escape, but most of the dominator fleet was still active. Third problem is: how to actually win these fights? I waited around for a military operation against a dominator system and joined in, but there were just five NPC ships and the base itself, and they all got destroyed pretty quickly. Second problem is: how to target specific systems for liberation? I tried the option at a military base with no effect (except that they kept a bit of my money). (I had to fly a disturbingly far way to get to a military base to launch an attack from, and even farther to find a science station later.) My business centers can apparently only build certain types of things? at some point, and I'm wondering how to get them back. Five years in, I've got some decent ship equipment and feel like I might stand a chance in battle, so I start looking at the map.įirst problem is: I seem to have lost some military bases/science stations/ranger centers/business centers/etc. ![]()
